AccioJet was tasked with operating 8 military charters using wide-body aircraft at an Airforce base in India. The challenge: the base lacked the necessary equipment, processes, and fuel vendors to support wide-body operations. Despite this, the customer insisted on using the base for operational efficiency.

EXECUTION
AccioJet expertly managed the entire operation, handling contracts between the airline and military. We procured and transported equipment for the B767 aircraft, alongside the required manpower, to the Airforce base. AccioJet also secured fuel when no other broker could, arranged third-party payments, and coordinated with local stakeholders to ensure seamless flight operations.
EXECUTION
AccioJet managed the entire operation, negotiating contracts between the airline and military, and orchestrating the transport and setup of B767-compatible equipment and personnel at the Airforce base. When traditional fuel vendors couldn’t deliver, AccioJet secured fuel independently, arranged third-party payments, and coordinated seamlessly with local stakeholders, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations.
RESULT
Mission Tarang was flawlessly executed, achieving high customer satisfaction and significant cost savings. AccioJet’s ability to secure fuel locally prevented the need for domestic flights for refueling, saving on fuel taxes. The military charters were successfully completed, fulfilling the diplomatic mission objectives without requiring a costly 900 km passenger transfer.
